I HAVE PUT 4 TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUESTS IN TO FIX MY APP AND IT'S STILL NOT WORKING. THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH YOU ALL.
IT'S EVERY TWO DAYS AND MY APP DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY. DON'T YOU HAVE A COMPETENT TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING?? OR ARE THEY LIKE SOME OTHER BUSINESSES AND JUST HIRE ANYONE AND GIVE THEM THE TITLE AS TECHNICAL SUPPORT?? THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS!
FIVE (5) TIMES NOW AND I'M TIRED OF BEING NICE!! YOU ALL WANT TO CHARGE SOMEBODY TO CHAT WITH THEM AND THAT PROBABLY STILL WON'T FIX IT. OUTRAGEOUSLY RIDICULOUS!!! Y'ALL NEED TO HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE OR TEAIN PEOPLE FOR THIS JOB.
I MEAN GET REAL NOW!!! I HAVE TALKED TO A COUPLE ACQUAINTANCES AND THEY ARE HAVING SIMILAR ISSUES WITH YOU ALL.
I MYSELF AM TRYING TO FIND OUT WHO I HAVE TO CONTACT OVER THIS AND SPEAK TO THEM IN PERSON. NOONE SHOULD HAVE TO BEG YOU 4 TIMES TO FIX THEIR APP.
Can't access any of my accounts. try to set up a new profile and it tells me I have to delete any accounts I've verified on before I can verify on a new account.
but I can't access the accounts to delete them...
messaged customer service and got zero resolution
